Overview
It’s a website powered by consumers that allows reporting of cars in drive thru lines.
Mission
What we're building
LineSnap is a mobile-friendly web app that helps consumers find the shortest drive-thru lines at nearby fast food restaurants. Users search a city, state, or ZIP code, see a list of nearby locations with crowd-reported vehicle counts, and can report what they see or get directions.
Current focus — MVP
A search-first web app. The landing page has a clean search bar — no map immediately visible. Entering a city, state, or ZIP geocodes to coordinates and shows fast food locations within a 5-mile radius, sorted by fewest cars in line first. Each result card shows the restaurant name, address, distance, and a color-coded vehicle-count badge. Two CTAs per card: "Get Directions" (opens Google Maps) and "Report Line" (tap a preset vehicle-count option). No accounts, no logins. We seed locations in Austin, TX. Blue and off-white color scheme. This is a working prototype; everything else — more cities, verified data, historical trends — comes later.
