Deal Scout

Deal Scout is an AI-powered deal-finding agent that automatically discovers and surfaces coupons, promo codes, and savings opportunities across the most-visited online shopping sites. Buyers get a working web app with a search-driven interface: type in a store name (Amazon, Target, Nike, etc.) and instantly see active deals and coupon codes for that retailer. The agent continuously monitors top retail sites to keep deals current, eliminating the manual work of hunting across multiple storefronts.

What we're building

An AI-powered deal-finding agent that automatically discovers and surfaces the best coupons, promo codes, and savings opportunities across the most-visited online shopping sites — an electronic coupon book that stays relentlessly current.

Current focus

MVP: a working web app at our domain. A search-driven deal finder: someone types a store name (e.g. "Amazon", "Target", "Nike") and gets back active deals and coupon codes. We'll seed it with deal data for the top 15–20 most-visited retail sites, presented as a clean, fast search experience — enough to show something real, gather feedback, and build on.

Clone the repo and deploy the web app to your hosting environment. The app is built with full-stack web development (React/Vue frontend, Node.js/Bun backend) and comes pre-seeded with deal data for the top 15–20 most-visited retail sites. No external API keys or MCP connections required. Run the build and start commands per the included documentation to get the search interface live.
