RFPilot is an AI agent that writes winning RFP (Request for Proposal) responses for small professional-services firms. Starting niche: solo and tiny (1–10 person) IT-consulting and web-development consultancies that lose contracts because they lack the hours to write long, structured proposals.

The wedge: enterprise RFP software (Loopio, Qvidian) is powerful but costs thousands a year and is built for large teams. Small firms are left with generic ChatGPT output that doesn't match the RFP section-by-section or sound like them. RFPilot fills that gap at an affordable price.
