What We're Building
SiteDrop is a platform that owns local-search traffic for small businesses. We find local businesses, auto-generate a professional landing page for each, and get those pages found (SEO/sitemap/IndexNow, 2,087 pages live). The page is the wedge — and claiming it is now FREE (owner pivot, Aug 13). The relationship graduates into recurring revenue via the Presence Plan: Google Business Profile setup, review support, and lead alerts on a simple monthly plan. No commitment; start and stop anytime.
Operating principle — "billion-dollar" means workflow stability: the machine must not break itself. Email deliverability is a team-level resource: every bounce risks a full outbound pause. Bounce discipline (verified addresses only, ledger every bounce, halt at the first warning, never retry) outranks send volume. The asset (the index) and the channel (email) are protected before any single sale.
