What we're building

Current focus
The landing page is LIVE at the public URL — real shift workers can land and sign up. Email capture works and stores for real via a verified, DB-free file store (/home/team/shared/signup-store/signups.jsonl, listed via ) — intentionally independent of the Neon that the platform has failed to deliver into the sandbox. Built-in DB-free analytics track pageviews and the signup funnel.
