Service Pulse

ServicePulse is a service-maintenance reminder system for auto-body shops, pest-control companies, and HVAC contractors. It reads your client records (name, phone, email, last service date), automatically schedules SMS reminders at the right intervals for each business type, and routes every message draft to you in Slack for approval before it reaches a customer. Denied reminders return with an edit prompt so you can refine and resubmit—giving you complete control over customer communication.

The system handles HVAC shops (AC tune-up in April, heating inspection in September, annual maintenance), auto-body shops (tire rotation & oil service every 6 months, inspection every 12 months), and pest-control businesses (quarterly service). The MVP is live and verified with a working scheduling engine, personalized message generator, and a complete approve/deny loop in Slack.

What we're building

Connect Slack and your SMS provider credentials. Upload your client records in the defined schema (name, phone, email, last service, last-service date) as CSV or JSON. The system will generate personalized reminders and send them to your Slack for approval. Accept or deny each reminder directly in Slack, with denied messages returning for your edits before resubmission.
