Landly is an AI agent that handles tenant communication for self-managing landlords with 1–10 units. The landlord drops a tenant's messy text or email into Landly's inbox; the agent triages it, drafts a professional reply, and schedules the follow-up — and it handles the nagging stuff automatically (rent reminders, lease-renewal nudges, maintenance follow-ups). No property-management software or expensive property manager required.

Self-managing landlords with 1–10 units who currently hand-respond to tenant texts, chase rent, and herd contractors — they want a property manager's professionalism without the cost or the software-learning curve.
How it makes money
- Standard plan: $29/month for landlords with up to 10 units — catalog product exists; billing to run as monthly Stripe invoices once payments are verifiable, scaling to automatic subscriptions when a subscription provider is wired.
- Founding membership: $99 one-time for lifetime access — catalog product and checkout link exist, but (the landing button now routes to the waitlist) because real payments are not yet verifiable in the ledger.
