CraftRoom HQ sells a done-for-you Notion system for crafters who want to organize their supplies, plan projects, and track inspiration in one place. Buyers receive a complete build-it-yourself kit with four linked Notion databases (Stash & Supply, Project Planner, Inspiration Board, and Shopping List), plus a 30-minute setup guide. The system tracks fabric, yarn, paint, and vinyl inventory by photo and location, shows which supply bins to gather for each project, saves inspiration links, and auto-generates a shopping list from low stock and missing materials. It's designed for hobbyist knitters, sewists, painters, and vinyl crafters who have outgrown scattered notes.

What we're building
CraftRoom HQ sells a Notion system for crafters: the All-In-One Craft Room Inventory & Project Planner. It's delivered as a precise build-it-yourself kit — four fully-specified, linked Notion databases plus a step-by-step setup guide (about 30 minutes to set up). The four databases:
- Stash & Supply — a Gallery-view inventory of fabric, yarn, paint, vinyl with a photo, Quantity/Unit, Status (🟢 In Stock / 🟡 Running Low / 🔴 Out of Stock), Storage Location, Brand / Maker, and a relation to projects.
- Project Planner — a Kanban board (💡 Idea / 🧵 In Progress / 🎉 Completed) with deadline, difficulty, materials assigned, pattern link, Total Cost, and the "Magic" Storage-Location rollup so opening a project shows which bins to gather from.
