NestCraft — Business Plan

What we're building

NestCraft is a home design app: you share your property (a photo or a few details), it produces an interior/exterior design for your space, then shows you the actual items available at stores near you to pull that design off — plus a service to have custom pieces built when off-the-shelf won't do.

Four services cover the full arc of a home project:

• Design — new design for a space (interior or exterior), with buyable local items.
• Redesign — transform an existing area you don't like: restyle/refit it through the same design → local shop → custom build loop.
• Custom build — bespoke pieces built by local makers when off-the-shelf won't do.
• Reconstruction — structurally rebuild or rework an area (new layouts, knock-throughs, extensions): we design it, then connect you to local builders to make it real.

Current focus (MVP)

The MVP front door is live: a polished landing page at our site explaining the loop — Design → Shop Local → Custom Build — with interactive before/after imagery (living room + front yard) and a lead-capture form for all four intents: design requests, redesign requests, custom-build consultations, and reconstruction consultations. Verified published and serving.
