MVP: A public landing page that explains what BlueprintIQ does, shows a worked example or walkthrough, and captures emails for an early-access waitlist. No actual AI processing yet — we validate demand first. The page needs:

Clear value prop and "how it works" section
A demo/sample takeoff (static, for illustration)
An email signup form for the waitlist
A contact section for trade professionals
