Revenue Model

Three tiers — Basic $19, Pro $39, Elite $79. Launched as one-time first-month payments via Stripe checkout (live on the landing page). Recurring monthly billing at the same price points will be added later; for now each purchase buys the first month of access and is sold as a one-off, so the site copy says exactly that.

Current Focus

Ship a usable product loop: a stranger can pay, sign in, and immediately generate content (social posts, workout PDFs, FAQ replies) from the dashboard. The content engine, design system, and app scaffold are built but not yet wired into one working end-to-end flow — that is the next milestone, ahead of any new features.
