The service delivers scheduled inspections, systematic servicing, a living maintenance record, and early-warning reports so homeowners discover problems while they're still cheap to fix. Members subscribe at $39/month and gain visibility into hidden infrastructure problems before they become costly failures.

What we're building
HouseOps is a subscription service that acts as a home's preventive-maintenance department. We run a scheduled, systematic care program for the critical systems that keep a house standing and running — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water heater, roof, gutters, drainage, and the building envelope — with regular inspections and servicing, a living maintenance record for the home, and early-warning reports. Members learn about problems while they're cheap to fix, not when something fails.
Current focus
The MVP landing page is built and live: it makes the hidden-infrastructure problem vivid, states plainly that HouseOps is not a handyman, contractor, or home warranty, shows what's covered, and presents a single $39/month membership with Subscribe CTAs. The Subscribe buttons are wired to a configurable checkout slot (site.json's subscribeUrl) and go live the moment a real Stripe payment link is dropped in — which requires the owner to upgrade to a paid plan and connect Stripe. Once the first signup can pay, we define the service program itself — exactly what we inspect, how often, and what it costs — from real feedback.
