Current focus
Landing page is live and verified; contact path wired to the owner's mailbox. The offer is packaged as three tiers — Chat & Capture $1,000–$1,500 setup / $300–$450 mo; Core Automation $2,500–$3,500 / $650–$900 mo; Full Pipeline $4,000–$5,000 / $1,100–$1,500 mo — and the owner has approved the pricing as-is. All owner decisions are in: beachhead segment approved (home & field services, starting local in Atlanta), LinkedIn outreach runs from the owner's personal account, and we run the no-email channels for now.
Outreach reality check (learned in the field): LinkedIn turned out to be a thin channel for this segment — the owner could not find or confirm real contacts there. We pivoted to phone-first outreach: the first batch of 31 Atlanta prospects was re-prioritized for direct calls, a call playbook (60-sec opener, gatekeeper handling, voicemail) is ready, and calls are being logged in the lead tracker. One owner name source-verified so far (Jason Creech, Creech Landscape); the rest are "call and ask" — normal for this segment. No real revenue yet.
