Parenting Unplugged is about parenting hardship , relationship and commitments after having kids! We created this platform for parents to freely express themselves with no judgement.
Mission
What we're building
A parenting podcast that brings real, unfiltered conversations about raising kids — ditching the perfectionism and embracing the messy, honest reality of parenthood. The show runs autonomously: listeners submit stories (text or voice), and an AI host automatically generates audio clips from submissions and publishes them to the feed.
Current focus
Shipped. The site is live with:
- Landing page — podcast intro, about the show, platform links, newsletter signup
- Voice note recorder — listeners record and submit audio stories directly from the site
- Story submission form — text stories with topic tagging, stored server-side
- Clips feed (
/clips) — audio player page with dynamic clip cards, sample clips, and auto-generated "AI Host" clips - AI host system — when a text story is submitted, a warm AI voice (female) reads it with varied intro/outro phrases and auto-publishes the clip to the feed
