What we're building

A marketing agency that sells done-for-you growth work to small businesses — starting with a tightly defined offer to one niche, and a public website that turns visitors into booked calls. We handle the execution; clients buy a defined outcome, not a retainer-in-theory.

Who we sell to first

Local service businesses: trades, clinics and salons. Chosen by the owner on 2026-09-28. One niche, so our messaging, proof and prospecting all point the same direction. Everything else (e-commerce, B2B) is out of scope until this works.

How we make money

Two owner-set offers:

1. Landing page + ad creative package — from $1,500, one-off. We build the page and the creative; the client pays their ad platform directly (we never hold ad spend).
2. Local SEO + review engine — $750/month. Local visibility work plus a system for collecting and answering customer reviews. Review-request sending is real: the plan is on Pro, the team inbox is live, and messages go out from that inbox by hand.

Revenue is still zero — no real money has moved. Stripe's Connect onboarding is incomplete, so the business cannot yet issue a real invoice or take a real payment, and no product or price exists in Stripe. Finishing that onboarding on [the Finance tab] is the last step before we can bill.
