What we're building
An AI-powered marketing and automation agency for small local service businesses. Two things, sold together: marketing that brings in customers (setup, then ongoing management) and automation that removes admin (lead follow-up, appointment reminders, review requests). The automation is what makes retention sticky — a client who depends on us for follow-up rarely leaves.

Who it's for
Local service providers doing real work with thin admin capacity: cleaning companies, landscaping businesses, HVAC contractors, and adjacent trades (plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control). Owners who win work by being reachable and lose it to slow follow-up.
