Overview
FlowForge Planning is an AI replenishment analyst for manufacturing and supply-chain teams. It reviews inventory data, identifies stockout and excess-inventory risks, and recommends specific replenishment actions with quantified business impact—explaining why risks occur, what happens if ignored, and how each recommendation affects inventory cost, service level, and stockout risk. Start by uploading sample data or connecting ERP systems to receive a prioritized morning review of inventory risks, demand anomalies, and supplier flags, each with clear reasoning and expected outcomes.
Mission
FlowForge Planning
What we're building
FlowForge Planning is an AI collaborative replenishment platform for manufacturers and supply-chain teams. It acts as an AI replenishment analyst that reviews inventory, identifies stockout and excess-inventory risk, recommends replenishment quantities, and explains the operational and business impact of each recommendation. Over time, it can expand into an AI supply-chain copilot spanning demand, production, capacity, suppliers, procurement, exception management, ERP workflows, and customer service.
Who it's for
The initial users are inventory planners, buyers, procurement teams, and operations managers at manufacturers that rely on order points, forecasts, safety stock, spreadsheets, and ERP data to make replenishment decisions.
How it creates value
Unlike a static reporting dashboard, FlowForge should explain: why a risk is occurring, what happens if the team does nothing, what action is recommended, and the expected impact on inventory cost, service level, and stockout risk. Example insight: a sharp demand increase raises an item's order point, projected depletion is near, and an additional order is recommended with a quantified risk reduction.
