Overview
Ledgerly is an all-in-one business finance platform that helps small business owners organize their income, expenses, receipts, invoices, and taxes in one simple, easy-to-use dashboard. Our goal is to take the stress out of managing money by providing clear financial insights, smart budgeting tools, and effortless organization so entrepreneurs can save time, make smarter decisions, and grow their businesses with confidence.
Mission
What we're building
Ledgerly — "Your Business, Organized." A plain-English financial workspace for small service businesses: beauty professionals, salon and suite owners, freelancers, contractors, consultants, cleaners, photographers, online entrepreneurs. In words they already use, it answers four questions: what you earn, what you spend, what you keep, and what you may need to set aside for taxes — with a premium, calm look (warm ivory, cream, charcoal, muted sage, champagne accents) that feels trustworthy rather than corporate.
Current focus — the MVP
The first working version, built now, is a real website plus a clickable dashboard demo:
- Public marketing site — the design system (colours, type, buttons, cards, forms, tables, chart styling), then Home, Features, Pricing, About, FAQ, Contact & Support, Privacy Policy and Terms. The homepage carries the headline "Finally, understand your business finances.", the problem/solution sections, feature cards, the three-step explanation (add information → organize numbers → understand results), audience sections, a pricing preview, clearly-labelled sample testimonials, FAQ and the closing CTA Pricing shows our own tiers: Free $0, Plus $12, Pro $24, Business $39 per month.
