Local Rewards Alliance is a shared loyalty network platform that helps non-competing small businesses in the same commercial district build customer retention together. Customers earn points at any member business and redeem them across the entire network. Each business gets a simple dashboard to track customer activity and engagement. The platform is branded per-neighborhood and sold as a flat monthly subscription—no per-transaction fees, no hardware needed, no complicated setup.

What we're building

East Bay Area, California — the I-680 corridor: Walnut Creek, Alamo, Pleasant Hill, Danville, San Ramon, and Dublin. Affluent suburban communities with dense downtown commercial strips and strong shop-local culture. Initial program branded as "East Bay Rewards."
