Mission
Build a SaaS called Incident Autopsy Generator. Purpose Convert raw incident input (logs, alerts, Slack threads, or pasted text) into a structured production-grade postmortem for engineering teams. Input Unstructured incident data: logs alerts system events Slack incident threads free text Output (STRICT FORMAT) Return a Markdown postmortem with: 1. Incident Summary Concise description, affected systems, inferred severity. 2. Timeline Chronological bullet list. Infer ordering if timestamps missing. 3. Root Cause Analysis Primary cause + contributing factors + confidence (High/Med/Low). Do not hallucinate; label assumptions. 4. Detection & Response How incident was detected + response actions. 5. System / Process Failures Monitoring gaps, engineering weaknesses. 6. Resolution What resolved the issue. 7. Preventive Actions Actionable fixes only. 8. Monitoring Improvements Suggested alerts, metrics, or observability gaps. Rules Be precise, technical, and concise Do NOT invent facts; infer cautiously Clearly separate facts vs assumptions Maintain blameless postmortem tone Prioritize real-world engineering usefulness UX Behavior Accept messy input Normalize and structure automatically Output must be immediately copy-pasteable into Notion or docs Product Goal A CTO/devtool that turns chaotic incident data into clean, standardized postmortems in seconds.
