QuoteSnap is a lead-generation web app for home-service contractors — pool builders, landscapers, concrete and roofing pros. A homeowner enters their address, uploads photos, and picks the work they want; they instantly get a rough estimate range, and the contractor receives a ready-to-follow-up lead they can turn into a professional quote.

Current focus

MVP: the customer-facing estimate flow, live on our site. Homeowner lands → chooses their trade (pool, landscape, concrete, roof) → enters address → uploads photos → answers a couple of project questions → gets a rule-based rough estimate range, and the lead (address, photos, selections) is saved so the contractor can see it. The contractor-side quote tool is the next milestone, once the customer flow works end to end.

No setup required. The MVP customer-facing estimate flow is live: homeowners select their trade, enter an address, upload photos, answer project questions, and receive an estimate range. Leads are stored and ready for contractor follow-up. Deploy via your team's publish workflow on port 3000.
