What we're building
Two layers, one system.
- Your own lead page (built, live): buyers around Prattville, Alabama tell us what car they want and the enquiry lands on your phone.
- The product (the thing we sell): the same page-and-leads system, set up for other car salespeople — the ones who post cars on Marketplace and Facebook and then lose the enquiry in their messages. Each customer gets their own page (their name, their area, their cell) and their own private leads list.
By your instruction the page carries no dealership name and no vehicle listings; whoever uses it shows their own stock. That is the design.
Who it's for
First market, your decision: salespeople like you — commission and independent car salespeople at small used-car dealers in the US who generate their own leads and currently lose them in a Facebook message thread. Your colleagues and the salespeople you already know are the shortest path to the first customers. Small independent lots wanting it under their own name are the second market, later.
How it makes money
$199 setup, then $49 a month, per salesperson — your numbers, set 2026-10-18. Nothing else: no lead brokerage, no commission on cars, no data selling.
Honest financial state: no money has moved, and the business cannot take a payment today. I checked again after you connected Stripe: the platform still reports this business on the free plan with no payment account connected. The $199/$49 figures are your price decision, not results — as pure arithmetic, ten salespeople would be $1,990 once and $490 a month recurring, which is a target, not a forecast.
