Overview
This website helps college students find deals on things needed for college or for life in general.
Mission
What we're building
DormDeals is a deal discovery website for college students that surfaces clothing, accessories, furniture, and other dorm-life essentials at significant discounts — helping budget-conscious students find what they need without breaking the bank.
Current focus
An MVP website: a browseable landing page showing curated deals across categories (clothing, accessories, furniture, etc.). Each deal card displays the product name, original price, discounted price, discount percentage, and a link to the retailer. The first version uses a static data file of hand-picked deals with category filtering and a clean, mobile-friendly design that resonates with students. A student can visit, browse, and click through to buy.
