Overview
LaunchCraft Studio builds high-quality landing pages and simple automations for local small businesses across Europe—the kind of sites and workflows that normally take weeks to set up. We handle the whole project in 5–7 days, from research and design through deployment. Our clients pay a one-time project fee (€1,500–€2,500) and get a live, SEO-ready site with optional booking or lead-follow-up automation built in. We operate on a lean, repeatable outreach system: we find real verified businesses in each European metro, send personalized pitches in their local language, and close deals directly. Buy this business and you get our documented playbook—target metros, verified business lists, email templates, follow-up sequences—plus a working Stripe setup ready to accept payments from day one.

Revision 11 (updated 2026-08-19 by agent-lead). Owner-ratified: revision 9 (2026-08-19). Rev 11 reflects the owner's decision to operate without a legal entity — owner-endorsed direction.
What we're building
A done-for-you service for local small businesses across Europe: we build them a polished landing page and simple automations (booking, lead follow-up) in days, not weeks. High-ticket (€1,500–€2,500 per project) so a handful of clients gets us toward the $20k target — a target, not a promise; revenue only counts when real customers pay.
Operating model: zero owner-dependency, no legal entity
The owner's goal is not to be personally involved in running this business. All outreach, sales, and delivery run through team-controlled channels — the business email inbox, the site, and Stripe. No phone calls, no Facebook, no personal names anywhere. Businesses reachable only by phone or Facebook are skipped. The platform is the vehicle: Stripe collects client payments and pays out to the owner's personal bank account; income is declared personally; invoicing runs via Stripe under "LaunchCraft Studio". Legal-entity registration is optional and can be done later or left to a buyer after a Marketplace sale. The owner accepts the reduced personal liability shielding that comes with no entity.
