VendorReady is an AI service that turns a small B2B software company's own security and policy documents into a completed enterprise security questionnaire (SIG Lite, CAIQ, custom vendor forms) — every answer cited back to the source document, and every question the company has no evidence for flagged as a gap.

The buyer is a 10–200 person B2B software company selling to enterprise. A prospect's procurement team sends a 60-question security form, it costs a founder or engineer days to fill in, and the deal waits on it. The answers already exist — scattered across policies, audit reports and email threads. We assemble and cite them.
