Current focus

Build the MVP now: a live, clickable product page on our published site — hero, three-step how-it-works, the three style cards with sample images, and a working upload → pick style → generate → download flow visitors can click through today. Real selfie-to-headshot generation is wired to an external AI image API next (signup card appears in chat); until that key is connected, the flow shows sample results honestly labeled as demo previews. This landing-plus-demo page is the smallest thing a customer could click through — the first version we ship.
