What we're building

An AI-powered web app that removes backgrounds and cleans up product photos from a plain-language instruction. Upload a photo, type "remove the background" or "make it a clean white studio shot," and get a finished, presentable image back.

Current focus (MVP)

The first working version: a web app where a user uploads a photo, types an instruction, and sees the cleaned-up result — plus a landing page presenting the product.

Concrete scope:

Upload flow (drag-and-drop or file picker)
An instruction box for plain-language edits
One working cleanup pipeline: background removal first, plus a couple of simple cleanup commands (e.g. white background, brightness/contrast)
Before/after view of the result, with download

Out of scope for now: accounts, payments, batch processing. The MVP is a tool a user can click through and get a real result from; landing page included.
