Overview
ComplyLoop scans small online shops for WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance and delivers monthly reports showing what's broken, who it affects, and how to fix it. On the higher tier, the team fixes the issues for you. This is real remediation—not an overlay widget—delivered by a team that handles the technical work and sends you a plain-English report you can actually act on.
Mission
ComplyLoop
What we're building
A subscription service that finds and fixes accessibility problems on small e-commerce sites. Every month we scan a customer's site against WCAG 2.1 AA and send a plain-English report — what is broken, who it shuts out, what it risks, how to fix it — with the serious fixes done for them on the higher tier. Real remediation, not an overlay widget that papers over the problem.
Who it's for
Two buyers, in priority order, based on our own sourced research (October 2026):
- Agencies and studios that build and maintain other people's sites. The strongest legal trigger we can actually evidence is the US DOJ ADA Title II rule — WCAG 2.1 AA for state and local government sites, deadlines extended to 2027/2028 — which pushes the obligation down the supply chain to their web suppliers. An agency can resell a monthly report as a line item without hiring anyone.
- Shops that are genuinely on the hook: EU businesses with 10+ staff (European Accessibility Act, applying since 28 June 2025), US retailers with physical locations, and public-sector suppliers.
