A subscription web app that keeps small food producers inspection-ready — it generates and maintains their food-safety plan (HACCP), allergen and label checks, and the routine records an inspector asks for — so a two-person bakery, sauce maker or meal-prep kitchen doesn't pay a consultant or lose a week to paperwork.

What we're building — being re-chosen
PrepProof was a subscription app that kept a small operator's mandatory compliance paperwork current. The compliance thesis is abandoned as a repair target and the business is being re-chosen. Three selection rules are fixed by what we learned: the buyer must arrive with intent (found us, rather than being cold-approached by us), the buyer must be able to pay monthly by card without a sales conversation, and the buyer must have revenue — consumers and micro-operators are not a market for us.

Current focus — the route holds, the first product on it is rejected
The GoHighLevel / HighLevel app marketplace is the first route to pass all four tests on counted evidence, and it survives scrutiny. The product we first put on it does not.
