• QA: Successfully completed. Ticket persistence, subscription flows, and KPI tracking are fully functional.
• Documentation: GUIDE.md produced for users and staff.
• Blocker: Final codebase push to GitHub is pending. The repository boomman1969-tech/sit-back-i-got-it needs to be linked in the team settings to grant the engineering team push access.
