Current focus

Build and publish the first clickable homepage: a responsive editorial layout, the new SignalBrief logo, a small set of clearly labeled sample headline cards based on the linked news theme, and lightweight navigation. This is an initial presentation MVP, not yet a live news aggregation or automated publishing system.
