Our MVP is a clear, trustworthy landing page you can click through with two paths: (1) for homeowners — explains how HomeRescue Connect helps, shows agent help options, and has a "Get Help Now" form (now including amount owed, so agents can pre-assess negotiability); (2) for agents — open to ALL agents who want to try, no experience required, explains how to join as a helper, what makes a smooth rescue deal, and has a "Join as an Agent" form. Next: agent sign-in with a leads dashboard where logged-in agents can see all homeowner help requests no matter where they are, backed by a database that stores form submissions and agent accounts. No complex matching yet — just the fastest path from scared to supported, and from willing agent to closed help.
