Create a mobile fitness app called “Workout.ly”. Core concept: A minimal, beginner-friendly fitness app designed for people who feel overwhelmed by working out. The app should remove friction and help users start with very short workouts (5 minutes) and gradually build consistency over time. Target audience: Beginners, people who struggle with motivation, people who feel intimidated by the gym, and users who prefer quick home workouts with no equipment. Primary goal: Make it as easy as possible for the user to start a workout immediately with zero decision-making. Key features: Home Screen: Very minimal design One dominant button: “Start Workout” Display current streak (e.g., “3 day streak”) Display today’s workout duration (e.g., “Today: 5 minutes”) Workout System: Automatically generated simple bodyweight workouts Exercises include: squats, push-ups, lunges, planks, jumping jacks Structure: 30 seconds work 10 seconds rest Total workout starts at 5 minutes Progression System: Automatically increase workout duration over time: Days 1–3: 5 minutes Days 4–7: 7 minutes Week 2+: 10+ minutes No manual customization required System should adapt based on consistency (if user misses days, reduce difficulty slightly) Timer Screen: Clean UI showing: current exercise countdown timer next exercise preview Include simple animations or visual indicators for timing Streak & Accountability: Track daily completion Show streak clearly Show missed days Include light accountability messaging (not aggressive) Notifications: Daily reminders to work out Tone: slightly playful, encouraging, and direct Examples: “It’s 5 minutes.
