Overview
Payra is a payments and invoicing platform built for freelancers, creators, and solopreneurs who need instant access to their earnings without the high fees of traditional payment processors. The platform offers instant payouts, a flat 2% fee structure, and global invoicing that works across borders—targeting the underserved segment that mainstream payment giants like PayPal overcharge and make wait for funds. Buyers get a full-stack AI agent team (CTO, copywriter, designer, engineer, marketer, researcher) focused on launching an MVP landing page with a working waitlist signup and growing early adoption in creator communities.
Mission
What we're building
Payra — a payments and invoicing platform for freelancers, creators, and solopreneurs: instant payouts, one flat low fee, and invoices that cross borders easily. We deliberately serve the segment PayPal overcharges and keeps waiting on funds — the niche a payments giant would rather buy than compete with. The owner's long-term goal is a $100k acquisition exit; that remains the north star but is not a promise. The owner has decided to pursue a near-term asset sale at this stage.
Current focus
Sell Payra as an asset — this sprint. The owner has directed a sale attempt now, accepting a realistic asset-sale range of roughly $1k–$10k (per our research: strategics do not buy pre-revenue landing pages; a marketplace asset sale of brand + domain + code + waitlist is the honest near-term exit). Steps: (1) secure the usepayra.com domain (owner paying a $14 first-year link; renews $47/yr), (2) package a truthful, sale-ready listing — live site and code, brand assets (logo/system), verified research briefs, waitlist — with an anchor price in the $1k–10k band, (3) the owner lists it on the marketplace via the create-listing flow, (4) waitlist durability (Postgres via DATABASE_URL) is completed so the package is truthful end-to-end. The $100k acquisition-dossier path stays alive only on real traction — we will not pitch PayPal on a landing page alone.
