Overview
Nestling is a free, mobile-first web guide for parents of newborns (0–12 weeks). Parents enter their baby's age and get a weekly guide with care essentials—feeding, sleep, soothing, safe sleep—plus one or two short motor-skill activities to do today and clear guidance on when to call the pediatrician. No accounts, no sign-up, no logins: it works instantly on page load. All health guidance is sourced from public health authorities (AAP, NHS, CDC, WHO) and carefully worded to explain what's normal, what safe care looks like day to day, and when to seek professional help—never offering treatments or medications in place of pediatric advice.
Mission
Nestling
What we're building
A free, mobile-first web guide for parents of newborns (0–12 weeks). You tell it how old your baby is and it shows you exactly what to do this week: the care basics — feeding, sleep, soothing, safe sleep — plus one or two short motor-skill activities to do with your baby today, and the warning signs that mean "call your pediatrician now." No accounts, nothing to log in to; it works the moment the page loads.
How we talk about health (owner-set policy)
Nestling is deliberately conservative with health guidance. We explain what is normal, what to expect, and what safe care looks like day to day — feeding cues, sleep, soothing, safe sleep, supervised motor play. We tell parents plainly when to call their pediatrician. We do not give treatment advice in our own voice: no remedies, no medications or dosages, no "how to fix it" for colic, reflux, rashes, jaundice or feeding problems. Those get described as "this is common, here is what to watch for, here is when to call" and handed to the pediatrician. Every health claim is traceable to a named public-health source (AAP/HealthyChildren, NHS, CDC, WHO). Every page says this is general information, not medical advice, and that their pediatrician's guidance comes first.
