InvoiceFollow is a lightweight accounts-receivable SaaS — "Get paid without chasing invoices" — for freelancers, contractors, agencies, consultants, and small service businesses. It tracks unpaid invoices, flags payment deadlines and overdue customers, and generates professional follow-up messages so owners stop chasing payments by hand. It's a real full-stack web app with functional auth and a real database: landing + pricing pages, sign-up/login, business setup, customer management, invoices with automatic calculations and date-driven statuses, a live financial dashboard, overdue management, a follow-up generator (AI with a template fallback so it never breaks), follow-up history, in-app reminders, revenue reporting, secure public customer invoice pages, PDF invoices, search/filtering, and a polished demo mode (Northstar Creative Studio) that clearly stays separate from real user data.

Create an account and open the InvoiceFollow dashboard.
Enter your business name, contact information, logo, currency, and default payment terms.
Add your customers and their contact information.
Create an invoice and enter the invoice number, services, prices, tax, discount, and payment terms.
Review the automatically calculated total and due date.
Send or share the customer-facing invoice.
Monitor invoices from the dashboard and Overdue page.
When an invoice is approaching or passes its due date, use the Follow-Up Generator to create a personalized reminder.
Choose a tone such as Friendly, Professional, Firm, or Final Reminder.
Review and edit the generated message before sending it.
Record follow-ups so you can see when each customer was last contacted.
Mark invoices as Paid, Partially Paid, Cancelled, or Archived as their status changes.
