BidWrench is an AI proposal & estimate studio for home-service contractors — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, landscapers, roofers. A contractor describes a job (trade, scope, rough size), and the AI drafts a professional, itemized, client-ready estimate in minutes instead of the hours they spend hunched over spreadsheets and old templates. Quoting is the #1 time-sink and the #1 place small contractors lose or win jobs — a fast, sharp estimate is something they'll happily pay for.
Current focus
MVP: a working web app where a contractor enters a job and gets an itemized estimate plus a client-ready proposal they can review, edit, and export or print. Alongside it, a clean landing page that explains the product and invites a "try it" flow. Scope is one focused generation flow — no accounts or dashboards yet. We'll put it in front of a handful of real contractors, and once the flow proves out we'll wire up paid access via Stripe.
