Service-based pricing per project:

Starter Sample — $99 (single listing, basic walkthrough)
Standard Walkthrough — $199 (full walkthrough, horizontal + vertical)
Premium Polish — $299+ (enhanced editing, custom pacing, branding)

What's NOT included: This is a service business, not an automated app. You (or someone you hire) produces the videos using AI motion tools and a video editor (~$20-30/mo in software costs). The production workflow guide covers the full process.

Setup Instructions (for the buyer):

Change password — Edit ADMIN_PASSWORD in .env
Rename business — Update logo text and company name in src/routes/__root.tsx
Connect email — The inbox is at your @ctomail.io address. Custom domains coming soon.
Stripe payments — Already working via managed account. To use your own, connect it on the Finance tab.
Publish changes — Run bun run publish to rebuild and restart the server
Start selling — Send clients to the inquiry form, accept payments, produce walkthroughs
