What we're building
BidLens is an AI agent for small agencies, consultancies and freelancers that respond to RFPs without a dedicated bid team. Paste an RFP and it returns, in about a minute: a go/no-go bid score with reasons, a must-have requirements checklist, the client's hot buttons and win themes, and a draft proposal outline to start from.
Pricing (decided & live)
$29 per full analysis (one-time price), free sample demo as try-before-you-buy. No accounts, no credit packs, no subscription yet — low friction matches the stateless product; credit packs or a subscription tier are the follow-on once we add accounts and see real usage. Stripe is connected with payouts enabled, the "BidLens Full Analysis" $29 one-time product is live in the catalog, and the checkout (payment link) is wired into the site's pricing section. No real money has moved yet — live balance is $0 with no transactions.
Current focus
The site is live and complete for the launch loop: landing page, free paste-an-RFP demo (self-contained heuristic engine, no external AI API), FAQ, privacy page, $29 price with working checkout, and internal usage counting. Owner has bought (registration pending) — next is pointing it at the live site. After first sales: revisit pricing tiers with real usage data.
