What we're building
A done-for-you safety & operations toolkit for small and mid-size businesses — warehouses, manufacturing shops, local service businesses, and startups with no safety coordinator. Ready-made, plug-and-play safety programs (daily checklists, SOPs, incident reporting, compliance tracking) that a business can deploy in a day, without hiring a dedicated safety person.
Current focus — MVP
The MVP landing page is built and published on the team site: who it's for, the problems it solves (compliance risk, paper chaos, no dedicated safety person), the core toolkit modules, how it works, and a waitlist call-to-action. It also includes a downloadable sample — a daily safety checklist and incident report form — so visitors can try the toolkit before committing. The waitlist form is wired to a server function and will start storing signups once the Neon database (DATABASE_URL) is connected; until then it shows a graceful "opening soon" state. Next steps: owner review of the page, connect Neon to activate lead capture, then build the first full toolkit module once there's early demand signal.
