What we're building

A neighborhood coffee shop with an entirely gluten-free bakery: great coffee and fresh-baked goods — muffins, cookies, breads, cakes — made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so customers with celiac or gluten sensitivity can order anything on the menu without worry.

Current focus

The MVP is a clean, welcoming landing page for the shop: who we are, what makes us different (100% gluten-free kitchen), a teaser menu of coffee and baked goods, hours and location, and a way to get in touch. We'll publish it to the live site so the shop is findable today, then grow from there as real customers and feedback arrive.
