Overview
FieldReady is an execution platform that helps multi-location businesses roll out initiatives—new products, procedures, safety requirements, system changes—with confidence. You define what needs to happen; FieldReady maps who needs to know or do it, designs the communication and training required, identifies what managers must reinforce, and then tracks readiness through five stages: received, learned, practiced, can do, happening in the field. You get visibility into whether your field is actually ready before execution matters, broken down by location, role, and initiative.

What we're building
FieldReady is an execution platform for multi-location businesses. A leader launches an initiative — a new product, an operating procedure, a safety requirement, a system rollout — and FieldReady works out who is affected, what each role must know or do, what communication and training that requires, what managers must reinforce, and how readiness gets verified. It then tracks that readiness by location, role and initiative across the chain: received → learned → practiced → can do → happening in the field. The promise to the buyer is simple: know your field is ready before execution matters.
Current focus
The MVP is a live site a prospective buyer can click through in five minutes — no accounts, no real customer data, nothing to log into:
- Landing page — who it's for (multi-location restaurants, retail, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing), the problem (another email, another course, hoping managers cascade it correctly), the five-stage readiness chain, and one clear way to get in touch.
