Overview
Capability Group turns your existing operational documentation—SOPs, policies, manuals, system guides—into structured learning that actually changes how people perform. Instead of converting a 30-page SOP into a 30-slide course, you get a complete learning package: what people must know, what they must be able to do, what they can look up when needed, practice activities with real scenarios, knowledge checks with pass criteria, talking points for managers, and a list of gaps the source document contains. The result is performance, not just completion.
Mission
Business Plan — Capability Group (working name)
What we're building
SOP-to-Skill: an AI system that turns an organisation's existing operational documentation — SOPs, policies, manuals, system guides — into the learning people actually need: what they must know, what they must be able to do, what they can look up, what needs practice, and what needs validation. The promise is "turn procedures into performance — not courses": we deliberately refuse to turn a 30-page SOP into 30 slides.
The business is named Capability Group so it can credibly hold RoleOS (define capability) and FieldReady (execute it) as sibling products if the owner decides on one umbrella company — the first product stays SOP-to-Skill either way.
Current focus (MVP)
The smallest thing the owner can click through and a prospect can use:
- A public page: what SOP-to-Skill is, the procedures→performance promise, and who it's for (ops leads, L&D, compliance-heavy teams).
