Econyx is a Local Economy Prediction Engine landing page that sells the vision of forecasting how cities and neighborhoods will evolve over time. The page communicates the core concept, showcases an interactive demo with sample city data, and captures early-access signups. It's built as a high-design, dark-themed experience designed to convert visitors into believers and waitlist members—no backend or AI models yet, just the compelling front door to Econyx's prediction platform.

What we're building
Econyx is an AI-powered economic and geographic intelligence platform: location, market, neighborhood, real-estate, development, and economic intelligence with Growth & Risk Scores and AI-powered insights. It helps people find the right place to open or expand a business — ranked locations, opportunity scores, and clear evidence-backed explanations — a specialized, transparent alternative to asking a general chatbot.
