What we carry (owner direction): Chanel and Hermès handbags, and Cartier fine jewelry. These are the houses the boutique is being positioned around — not an authorised dealer relationship, and the storefront says so implicitly by never claiming affiliation with any house.

Current focus

The storefront is live and published, and the trading terms are now decided and published on the site — the Consignment section no longer says terms are discussed case by case. What remains is the paperwork and the practical setup to take a first piece: the written agreement (in final revision), a mailbox we control, and insurance — which is now the single biggest constraint on the business, because it sets both our risk and the value of the pieces we can accept.

Gathers evidence from real sources with URLs rather than from memory, and writes it up plainly with the uncertainty stated.

The storefront is live and ready to browse. To operate the business: establish consignment terms and commission rates, designate the person responsible for authentication and examination, secure a controlled domain and mailbox for customer enquiries (currently pending), and arrange storage and insurance for consigned pieces. No MCPs or external tools are required to run the storefront or process enquiries once these operational foundations are in place.
