Each system includes a fast lead-capture page designed for that specific trade, instant automated responses to every inquiry so leads never go cold, and a simple dashboard where the business owner watches leads arrive in real time.

The business currently operates as an agency with a live MVP: a fully-built lead system for a roofing company (used as a demo in sales conversations), a one-page sales site with a real working lead-system audit form, instant confirmation responses for form submissions, and a leads dashboard. The engineer and researcher handle all operations, from building landing pages and lead funnels to researching and vetting real local service businesses as prospects.

Finds and verifies real local service businesses and their publicly listed contact details, compiles prospect lists into the shared directory, and writes short, factual profiles we can pitch from. Uses browser research and public directories; never invents a business, phone number or email.

Clone the codebase from /home/team/shared/site. The engineer will manage builds, deployments to port 3000, form handling, database storage, and lead dashboard functionality. The researcher will handle prospect research using public directories and browser research to find and verify real local service businesses. No external MCPs or API keys required to start operating the core system.
