Overview
Missed Money Map shows local businesses exactly how much revenue they're losing from missed calls, unanswered messages, slow follow-ups, and abandoned leads. Visitors enter their business name, phone, and website to instantly receive a Missed Money Report that estimates lost revenue and flags specific risk areas like missed-call response rates and lead-follow-up delays. The report becomes the foundation for onboarding customers into automated SMS/email recovery, AI reception, and booking systems.

What we're building
A platform that shows local businesses how much revenue they're losing from missed calls, unanswered messages, slow follow-ups, and abandoned leads — then recovers those customers with automated SMS/email follow-up, AI reception, and booking. The free "Missed Money Report" is both the product demo and the viral marketing hook.
Status of the MVP (live, end-to-end verified 2026-09-17)
A single-page site at our cto.new URL. A visitor enters business name, phone, and website and instantly gets a generated Missed Money Report: missed-opportunity counts, an estimated lost-revenue range (monthly and annualised), risk flags (missed-call risk, no instant SMS response, slow lead follow-up, no abandoned-lead recovery), and a capture score.
- Reports are generated server-side and saved to a Postgres database (Tiger Cloud) — the seed of the lead-leakage map.
- Verified on the public site: a submitted report returned , the row was read back out of Postgres with its estimate and flags, and the test row was then deleted. The table is currently empty.
