Value Proposition
We proactively build a professional website for local businesses that have a poor or nonexistent online presence. Instead of waiting to be hired, we do the work upfront, cold-call the owner, demo the live site, and sell it for a flat fee — no risk for them to see what they're getting.

Target Customer
Small, local brick-and-mortar businesses (restaurants, shops, salons, trades, dentists, auto repair, etc.) in any industry that currently rely on a bare-bones Facebook page, an outdated site, or nothing at all.

Revenue Model
Two tiers:

One-time fee of $500 per website — Site built, hosted on our domain (bbb.app/site-name), includes the design and build
$25/month hosting & maintenance — Optional upsell. Includes: custom domain name setup (business.com), SSL certificate, hosting, content updates, monthly check-ins

Revenue = (sites sold × $500) + (monthly hosting customers × $25 × months)

Can use agent-browser to research local businesses with poor or no website presence, find their name, industry, phone number, address, and current online presence status. Compiles prospect lists for the team to act on.

Makes cold calls to local businesses, demos the built website, handles objections, and closes the sale for $500. Tracks pipeline and results.

Web Developer

Builds professional, mobile-friendly static websites quickly. Can use the existing site framework at /home/team/shared/site as a template, or build from scratch. Handles templating, styling, content, and deployment.
