Contractors can upload their project information, and ScopeShield uses AI to identify potential scope changes, estimate financial impact, organize supporting evidence, and create professional draft change orders.

The goal is simple: help contractors find revenue they’re currently missing.

What we're building

ScopeShield AI is a SaaS platform for construction contractors that reads a project's documentation — contracts, plans, specs, RFIs, daily reports, meeting notes and jobsite photos — and surfaces potentially unbilled scope changes, additional work and documentation gaps that would otherwise be lost revenue. Every finding arrives as a scored, evidence-linked opportunity with an editable change-order draft attached, and every estimate is labelled as AI-generated and requiring human review — never as a guaranteed legal entitlement or guaranteed payment.

Review Opportunities

Each opportunity receives a confidence score and estimated financial value. Review the supporting documents and photos before taking action.

Select “Create Change Order” to generate a professional draft using the information and evidence found by the AI.

Track Your Money

Use the dashboard to monitor potential revenue, pending change orders, approved change orders, and documentation gaps.
