The firm provides expert readiness assessments and preparation work to ensure businesses are audit-ready, positioning them for successful attest engagements once licensed CPA signers are in place.

What we're building
Veritas Assurance Partners is an assurance advisory firm offering financial statement audits, SOC 1 / SOC 2 reports, and regulatory compliance checks for growing businesses that need to prove trust to investors, customers, and regulators. Attest opinions (audits, SOC reports) require a licensed CPA signer — the owner has confirmed we need to hire one, so until that hire lands we sell readiness and prep work, not signed opinions.
Current focus
Our MVP is a clean, credible landing page for the firm that a prospect could use today: clear service descriptions for audits, SOC reports, and compliance checks, why-trust-us positioning, and a simple consultation request form. That's the first working version we build now — small, sharp, and shareable. In parallel, we are finalizing a contract (per-engagement) CPA hire — practice states and fee bands are being locked so the job post can go live and attest services can launch credibly.
